Terms & Conditions:
Welcome to Image Complete on-line. If you wish to purchase from our on-line catalog, you agree to accept these
conditions. Please read them carefully. Image Complete reserves the right to modify or change the Terms and Conditions at any
time without prior notice to you.
Warranties:
All products sold by Image Complete are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you have purchased a
product from us and find it to be defective, please contact Customer Support at 303.424.1114 for assistance in processing your
claim. We will not be liable for installation fees of any kind.
Defective Products:
If within (14) days of receiving your order, any product proves to be defective, contact us immediately. Do
Not Ship the product back without contacting us first for an Returned Goods Authorization # (RGA) and return instructions. After we receive
the defective
merchandise, we will test it, if need be, and we will ship back to you (at our expense) a non defective replacement product.
DO NOT INSTALL DAMAGED PRODUCTS.
Delivery:
Orders take approximately 2 to 3 weeks for delivery depending on availability. Occasionally production
schedules change and a product will be temporarily out of stock. This can cause delays. Backorders are beyond our control.

if your order has not been received in the time expected. We will contact you by e-mail with any backorder information we receive.
Shipping Damage:
If the packaging appears to be damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier; or
please make sure when signing the shipper's proof-of delivery slip that you include a note stating the package appears to be
damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform us and the carrier (ups, fedex, etc.,) immediately. Depending on
the product and where/how it was shipped, it may be necessary for you to deal with the carrier yourself.
Returns:
HOLD ONTO THE ORIGINAL BOXES AND PACKAGING. We will only accept a return if a Return Goods Authorization
number (RGA #) has been issued and the product is returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. Products may be returned
within 14 days of receiving them. The products must be brand new (never used or installed) and in perfect condition with all
of the manufacturer's packaging in tact. In order to keep our prices at their lowest, we charge a 25% restocking fee. Your
original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded, if applicable. Orders returned after 14 days or without an RGA #
will not be accepted.
Privacy Policy:
Image Complete is committed to protecting your privacy. Information you provide us will not
be sold or given to any outside party. We do share your address and phone number with the manufacturer responsible for
shipping your order, but it is only used for the processing and shipment of the order. Image Complete will only use
your phone number to contact you in case of a problem with the fulfillment or delivery of your order. If you have any
questions or concerns regarding our privacy policy, please contact us so we can address them.
