Product & Shipping Information All products offered are intended for use on North American electrical systems only and require 110-120VAC input unless otherwise noted. Any wiring certifications (UL listing, etc.) are valid for North American electrical systems only. We ship most orders from our inventory within 2 business days of receipt of order. We ship to the 48 contiguous United States via Federal Express (FedEx) or United Parcel Service (UPS) ground service. We do not ship to any other destinations at this time. Special handling (air shipments, etc.) are available for an additional charge. A shipping charge will be calculated and automatically added to your order and will be shown on your receipt. This charge represents a typical shipment via UPS Ground. If your shipment is of exceptional weight or size, or if the carrier/service level requested causes the actual shipping charges to be higher than this system-calculated amount, we will contact you for approval of the additional charge prior to processing your order. If you confirm that the additional charge is acceptable to you, we will add it to your order total and process accordingly.
Returns/Cancellations Policy Please contact our Customer Service Department at 859-259-0466 or toll-free at 800-776-3033 to obtain authorization and to arrange the return of merchandise. A full refund (less shipping charges) will be made to your account on stock merchandise purchases where a return authorization is obtained within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Merchandise must be returned in salable condition and in the original vendor packaging. Merchandise authorized for return beyond 30 days or returned without original vendor packaging will receive store credit only and will be subject to a restocking fee. We will replace defective merchandise with identical products. Request for return of defective lamps (light bulbs) must be made within 5 days of receipt. Special orders (non-stock merchandise) cannot be returned. Installed items cannot be returned. Cancellation of a stock merchandise purchase prior to shipping is allowed, however cancellation of special order (non-stock) merchandise purchase once the product has been ordered from our supplier may not be allowed or will be subject to a restocking fee.
